Good afternoon. If you have clicked on any of my affiliate links lately you may have noticed that I have chosen the same merchant for many of the products. Although I applied with multiple companies I am trying to narrow it down to a select few. Create for Less is a merchant I will be sticking with and promoting for various reasons. They offer a huge selection of crafting supplies for all your hobbies needs, the customer service is impeccable and the prices suit my budget.
There are a number of hobbies that range from paper crafting, knitting, and sewing to horseback riding, golf, and tennis. Create for Less is a crafters wonderland. They cater to the needs of hobbyist who quilt, scrapbook and sew but the products they offer are not limited to those areas. They offer beads, kids crafting supplies and items for knitting and much more. The selection is enormous offering 60,000 brand name craft supplies!!! That is a ton and the best part about it is, it is all located on one easy to navigate website. You can purchase your supplies in bulk or just as much as you need, making this website my supply destination.
I want to share my personal experience thus far with Create for Less. All sales hype aside. In doing my homework, I ordered three items from Create for Less. You have the option to create an account for your information to be stored for the next time you purchase or you can opt out and purchase as a guest. I choose to opt out on this round, trying to be inconspicuous. Once my purchased was confirmed, I was given an estimated arrival date and from there all was dandy. I placed my order on Thursday, well come Sunday I received an email stating my order was processed as canceled per my request. Whoa now, I hadn’t canceled my order! I emailed them back with an urgency. I was excited about getting my package. Having not heard back from them I patiently waited until the following day, Monday.
Assuming they had not received my email, I checked my bank account, I had the funds so why had my order canceled? On my way to work, I get a return email with an apology for my order being canceled. A glitch in the computer system canceled multiple orders. I was given the option to log in and re-order my products or call and have them process my order as it was. I chose to log in, creating an account, and place my order again. I was offered free shipping but when I processed my payment the shipping was totaled in. I called, immediately answered by a person, not a computer, I told her my situation. With a few clicks of her mouse she refunded my shipping fee and within 10 minutes I received a notification that my order had shipped! I was impressed by the professionalism in which this matter was handled, the free shipping and the urgent shipment. My package arrived in two short days.
I work in customer service and all too often representatives are rude, underpaid and …. Computers, not even human. It was nice to speak to a person and for my order to be handled as important.

In my humble opinion, they hit every nail on the head with the above statement and my circumstances in resolving my order. My experience rings true to what they market themselves as. They have a newsletter that, if you sign up for, enrolls you in $100 drawing. That was enough for me to sign up and they do not spam my inbox. The icing on the cake is any order over $50 is free shipping!! You can’t beat that.
If I were to score them on a scale of 1-10 they get a 10!! Prices that can’t be beaten, quick friendly service and top-notch products. What more could you ask for? I truly hoyou’you’lll take this recommendation and chose them as your go-to craft supplier (of course using my link)!
Have you ever shopped at Create for Less? If so, how was your experience?

P.S. I almost forgot. Lately, when I order from Amazon I do not receive a package contents list or a paper receipt. Now I am not one who likes extra paper lying around but I do need my receipts for tax purposes. Saving all of the emails confirming my orders clogs up my email. Having a paper receipt to go along with the others is nice and Create for Less included my receipt with my package. It’s the small details for me. Thanks Create for Less Team
